Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

AI Image Combiner is a brand operated by one independent individual. It is not presented as a registered company or a multi-person team. References to "AI Image Combiner," "we," "us," or "our" mean that individual operator. More information about the public identity of the operator is available on the About page. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If applicable law requires authorization from a parent or guardian, you may use the service only with that authorization. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not create or use accounts to evade limits, enforcement, billing obligations, or security controls.

The service and AI processing

AI Image Combiner provides image analysis, generation, combination, and editing features. When you expressly request an AI action, the images, prompt, selected model, and output settings needed for that request are sent through the analysis and generation transports configured for the service. Those transports may be our DMX/New API gateway, KIE, or Cloudflare REST AI services used with Cloudflare AI Gateway. A transport may process the request or pass it to the selected upstream model provider, including OpenAI or Google. The necessary submitted content and technical request information are processed by the active relay and upstream provider. Analysis and generation transports are selected independently and requests do not silently fail over to another transport. Features, models, prices, and availability may change, and we do not guarantee that every model or feature will always be available.

Your inputs

You retain any rights you hold in images, prompts, and other material you submit. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload and process that material. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, and display your inputs only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and complete the actions you request.

Generated outputs

AI Image Combiner does not claim ownership of your generated outputs. To the extent we acquire any rights in an output, we assign those rights to you. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights or provider terms, you may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for deciding whether an output is suitable and legally cleared for your use.

AI outputs are probabilistic. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to content produced for others, or ineligible for copyright protection. We do not guarantee uniqueness, accuracy, ownership, non-infringement, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law or violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving a minor.
• Create nonconsensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonations, deceptive evidence, or material intended to facilitate abuse.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against another person.
• Upload malware, attack the service, scrape it without permission, or interfere with other users.
• Bypass access controls, Credit rules, safety measures, rate limits, or account enforcement.

Credits and generation charges

Active signed-in accounts receive 100 daily Credits that reset at UTC midnight without carryover. Monthly subscription Credits are created only after a signed payment event from the active billing provider is processed and expire at the end of the paid billing period. Existing historical one-time Credits remain available under their recorded terms. Spending uses daily Credits first, then subscription Credits, then historical Credits.

Credits are service units, not money or stored value. They cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law. A task freezes its quoted Credits when submitted, settles them once after confirmed success, and releases them after a confirmed failure or cancellation before model submission. A release does not revive a Credit bucket that has already expired.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Essential, Plus, and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed in U.S. dollars through Waffo Pancake for new checkouts; legacy subscriptions may remain with Stripe. By confirming a paid plan, you authorize the checkout provider to charge the displayed monthly price and any applicable taxes to your selected payment method. The subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel it.

You can cancel online from Account by selecting Manage to open the customer portal for the billing provider that holds your subscription. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically refund that period. A failed renewal creates no new monthly Credits and may suspend paid features. Plan changes, prorated amounts, and their effective dates are shown by the billing provider before you confirm them. We will provide notice of material price or subscription changes when required by law.

Cancellation and refunds

Cash refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Under the standard policy, a full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of a charge only when the matching Credits remain completely unused and are not frozen or reserved. Approved refunds revoke the matching Credits and paid entitlement. Billing errors, unauthorized charges, and rights required by law are reviewed separately.

Temporary files and service availability

Access through AI Image Combiner to uploaded and generated image files ends 24 hours after creation, and scheduled cleanup removes the corresponding objects from the Cloudflare R2 storage controlled by this service after expiration. You are responsible for downloading files you want to keep. Relays and upstream model providers control their own logs, temporary copies, and retention under their terms, policies, and configuration; our 24-hour R2 schedule does not promise deletion from their systems. Generation depends on the active transport and selected model provider and may be delayed, interrupted, refused, or unavailable. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account has violated these terms, created security or abuse risk, evaded service controls, or has an unresolved payment dispute. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a subscription through the applicable customer portal. Suspension or termination does not create a refund right beyond the Refund Policy or rights that cannot be waived by law.

Third-party services

Cloudflare provides hosting, D1 database, R2 storage, Queues, Turnstile, Images, security, and optional REST AI and AI Gateway services. Depending on deployment configuration, DMX/New API or KIE may relay analysis or generation requests to upstream model providers such as OpenAI or Google. Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record for new subscriptions and handles payment, tax, subscription, and refund operations; Stripe may continue to process legacy subscriptions and refunds; Google may provide sign-in; and Resend may deliver account security email. The active services receive the information necessary for their role. Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Image Combiner and its individual operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Image Combiner during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Image Combiner and its individual operator from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your inputs, your use or distribution of outputs, your prohibited use of the service, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the Last updated date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
